Bank fees (where applicable) and the costs of packaging and shipping will be added to the invoice.
Bacteria are made available to all bona fide individuals operating in a professional environment suitable for handling living material of the biohazard group involved.
First orders from new clients should be sent on an order form with official letterhead, signed by an authorised person. Further orders can be made by fax, e-mail, Internet, etc, provided your customer number is mentioned on the order.
To avoid delay in delivery, copies of appropriate certificates or import licences, specific mailing tags or shipment regulations should accompany the order.
A discount is offered when ten or more strains are ordered at the same time.
Bacteria are routinely forwarded in freeze-dried form. A lab fee
of 6.20 EURO will be added for bacterial cultures requested on agar.
